The reader
A draft you can check, never a guess you cannot.
The reader is a language model that runs on our own hardware. Your documents are not sent to an outside AI company.
- 01Every roll, its weight and its length
Photos and scans, pounds or kilograms, yards or meters. Kilograms and meters are converted by Stone Converter itself, exactly.
- 02It checks its own reading
The rolls must add up to the printed total, and the count must match the printed box count. A list that does not is flagged for review.
- 03Seconds are marked
Rolls marked as second quality are carried as seconds. On long lists, check those marks before you approve.
- 04A person approves
Reading only makes a draft. Nothing reaches inventory or the books until someone approves it, and an approved receipt can be undone.

Every pound and yard has a lot, a grade and a place.

Pounds and yards by lot, with the cost that has built up on them.
- 02Locations and moves
Move goods between your own locations, and undo a move that was a mistake.

A correction is a recorded adjustment with a note, not an edit that hides what was there.

Ship by packing slip. Un-ship one and the goods come back to stock.
